About The Event
CELT and the All Ireland Permaculture Network are delighted to once again work alongside The Slieve Aughty Centre and the local coordinating team to host this year's All Ireland Permaculture Gathering on August 23rd - 24th 2025 in Co. Galway.
The annual gathering of permaculture practitioners, self organises to share skills and knowledge offering workshops on sustainable land use, compost heating, seed saving, and covers many aspects from how to build a compost heated shower, sharing and Co-housing, to no-dig forest gardening, growing mealworms at home and identity, sexuality and community to name but a few topics.
Aims: Strengthen the permaculture network across Ireland. The vision is to advance the knowledge and practice of permaculture on the island of Ireland through sharing, networking and advocacy.
Outcome 2024: Over 200 people attended from all over Ireland and facilitated the successful launch of the All Ireland Permaculture Network (AIPN) for future collaboration.
