About The Event

Our foraging tutor, Olwyn, will offer a short workshop at Harvest - Music and Garden Festival at the Ennis Showgrounds this  September. You'll find Olwyn at the CELT stand!  Read on for more information and order your tickets below.

Curious about edible weeds and wild plants? Come to this bitesize foraging workshop with Olwyn Williams for an introduction to some of our most common wild plants and learn the many ways they can be used as food, medicine and more. Work with freshly picked plants to learn basic plant identification skills and discuss some simple, versatile recipe ideas.

Expect to gain a new perspective on those garden weeds you spend so much time removing!

There will be time for questions, as well as the opportunity to sample some wild food tasters with Olwyn after the workshop at her stall.

When: 1- 2pm, 22nd September
